Alex82 I would recommend one of the Acer Aspire series with the new "gemstone" design because they look great and they have a good price/performance ratio.

well, Asus just introduced a new ultra portable laptop for only $200. The laptop is so small and also cute. I have seen the picture of it with a digicam on the side. The laptop is user friendly too. The Eee PC is Windows XP...

Alex82 big screen comes with bigger weight,size, and energy consumption.If you want to carry all day with you like a cell phone, believe me the extra weight matters a lot. It has a VGA port to hook up an external display when you are using it at home.
