In this highly changing world, should people really sleep for long hours - especially youths?

Alfazazi Sleeping is really important, because it is renewing for the soul, that’s why if one didn’t sleep for along time (5 hours/ day)- at least – will be nervous, depressed, & confused. And one will loose concentration on every thing around him. So please . . ....
