What I don't understand is the fact that no matter how I go to the gym, eat little, play hard im still fat. It's hard to loose weight but I gain so very very fast. Can you guys give me ideas why? Thanks.

AliceFendi You're right that exercise at a lower intensity will burn higher percentage of fat, but this may not be working for certain people. Research also shows that higher intensity exercise in short duration and continuous results in greater weight and fat loss....
