AlysiaMc Hi, I am using the smsystem exercises, it is really helpful, I was amazed. Check their american web site painfreesmsystem.com, I am sure they provide some public workshops if you have troubles with the usage good luck

AlysiaMc Hi! I am sorry to hear about your mom! I tried a lot of possibilities for my back problems. I found one very original way. It is a system of exercises using some kind of elastic ropes. You can find very nice explanation how it works on their web site...
