AmberDinoFace I love Jrock music! My favorite Jrock singer is Miyavi, but I'm also a big fan of Gackt. And I can't forget about An Cafe. :)

None of us are happy all the time. When you feel sad or out of sorts, what do you do to help improve your attitude? Does optimism play a part in changing your mood? Share your attitude adjusting stories.

AmberDinoFace Most of the time I'll just listen to music. Music can always improve my mood, and since I seem to have a lip singing addiction, it helps a lot. Haha, I'll talk to a close friend sometimes, it depends on the situation. :)
