Amber I seem to go all out on salads during the summer. And I was really looking forward to getting some chili made this week too. It was 6 degrees when I got up this morning, but it warmed up to 22 degrees. I can’t believe how bitterly cold even that feels.

Amber I’m glad you went. Our oral health has such a connection to heart and brain health. I’m always especially concerned about brain health since my mom was so young when she got dementia. Thanks for the reminder to make my own appointment!
