Eating more than enough

I sometimes eat more than enough especially if its among my favorites. Everyday food I eat in Okay Okay content, but if I get my favorite after a long break then I eat too much.. I want all of it..haha Do you do this...

Aminulptc yes you are totally true. but i have not this habit yet. i have no over eating yet. Always i will try to do it, so that my body not make fat for over eating
