Friends at the same age?!

How old are your best friends? Mine are the same age as me, around 25-30 years. I know people who get better contacts with much younger or older people then themselves. I wonder why? Is it something to do with each persons...

Do you use salt in your cooking?

Many people consider a salt to be unhealthy addition in food. Do you think the same? I personally use only a sea salt which comes in rough grains. I don't like a fine salt because it tastes like soda, not natural.

AndersonWilkins Salt is a flavor enhancer, a natural mineral, and a major part of a healthy body. That said, you do get enough naturally to not need any added during cooking.
