I just found out from my little sis that Muffin, the runt of the litter who we tried so hard to revive, died today. She was my favorite because she loved being held. I just can't take this right now. :(

AngelNicki Thanks for sharing with me about your runt of the litter. My sis was especially feeling sort of guilty because we didn't take Muffin to the vet... but I guess it probably would not have helped much anyway. Nature makes no sense, sometimes...

AngelNicki Thanks for the comment! All of the puppies are about one day old. The first ones were born at about 1:30 on Monday morning, four more were born by six o'clock that same morning, and the final two didn't get born until about noon! And yes, they are VERY cute......

AngelNicki Yeah, confronting the parent would have been a good idea. My mom never would have done that though, unfortunately! Unless the person was talking about ME or someone else in our family. My mom has never had a lot of vested interest in other people!

AngelNicki I did try to stick up for the little boy, but I was a very shy kid and had been raised to NEVER correct an adult, so it was hard just to squeak out the little bit that I did!

AngelNicki Thanks for the note and the information! I wish more people understood that they aren't just getting a flat fee for every comment they make. I've even seen people make nonsense comments like "kkdlshfskdhf" just so they can appear to be filling in a comment...

I signed up for both, then realized that they are basically both the same thing. Or, are there major differences? If you belong to one or the other, or both, can you tell me which you think is better and why? Thanks!

AngelNicki Yeas. Gather.com does pay users. It seems to be a lot like Yuwie, except it is not in a Myspace format. Its more about posting articles and photos and stuff and then commenting on them, and you can join groups. I have no idea how much you can earn there...

Here's the scenario. When I was a kid I had a dog named Chopper. When I moved out of my parents' house, I eventually got a kitten named Sammy-Joe. Then I moved back in with my parents after a few years, bringing Sammy-Joe with me....

AngelNicki Thanks for the note! Sammy-Joe is definitely a jealous kitty. I've been trying to make sure I spend a lot of time alone with him and let him know he is still my best buddy! It seems to be helping. He's getting more tolerant of the dog now.

AngelNicki Thanks for the note! They are already starting to get along better now... at least, they will both sleep in the same room together and my cat doesn't go ballistic as much!
