Hello everyone. Summer is here in our country. Most of the kids are on vacation now. I do not want my kids just to stay on gadgets throughout the day. I plan to teach or play with them for us all to be physically active also....

Jennifer My kids are super active as well. They love riding their bikes, playing sports and hide & seek is a favorite around here! =) I love badminton and my kids do too.
