Pain relief for infant gas

My son has really painful gas and the drops don't seem to be helping. What else can I do for him? He's 6 weeks old.

I love watching the lightning and hearing the rain fall on the roof. I also love the smell of the air outside right after a thunderstorm.

Do you drink whole, 2%, 1%, or skim? I used to drink whole milk when I was a kid then switched to 2%. I now drink 1%.
