Archieval_Fulay Thanks el_jeffo. Asked them for the fourth time last night. Grrrr. I hope they do fix it this week. I just don't understand why they could stand being verbally abused (which I didn't do by the way just gave them some lecturing about being paid for services...

Archieval_Fulay Yep, the modem is DB108 ASDL 2+. There are 4 indicator lights: Power, Link, Data and PC. Only the Power and the PC have lights on so that means I have no incoming data. I tried tinkering with the settings following their quick guide, I don't think it helped. I...
