akunuri thats a good discussion there pal..thanks. well, i dont use the cell phone while driving. if i get a call when driving i park my vehicle and then talk it its really urgent.

naman95 No i dont use cellphone while driving, it is an offence in India and one can be penalised for doing that.

margieanneart I think it does cause accidents, and should be banned while driving. It should only be used when we are off the road or parked.
