BLD367 Weight training is good, but really you want to develop fast twitch muscles more than anything. You really want to train more like a sprinter. Weight training will make you stronger but not necessarily give you that xplosive stregth that is needed to dunk.

BLD367 It is more of a question than anything. I see a lot of dubious content out there constantly. It makes it hard for legitimate content to get attention. Even sites like Ezine, Associated Content, Digg, etc seem to constantly manipulated.

BLD367 Oh of course. Religion can be a difficult subject because so much of it is dependent on personal revelation. Some decided to avoid this by simply rejecting its existence/importance. To me this cheating.
