John Beasley @AmbiePam - Exactly. What is really like is how they can deny a medication without viewing any of your medical history. I mean Doctors go to school for years and the person processing the claim at the insurance company may not have even finished high school.

John Beasley @RebecasFarm - I'm fortunate in that I have health insurance so I'm not as bad off as so many others. But you would think a customer would get a much better return on the premiums they pay.
