I have not been sleeping well. I bet I only get about 4 hours of sleep a night. I know it is from stress. My 15 year old daughter is going in for her second knee surgery in less than one year. First she tore her ACL and meniscus...

I get maybe 6 hours at the most a night. I have a 2 and 3 year old that keep me on my toes constantly! No naps either. And they never fall asleep until around 11 most nights.. so im wired to stay up until like 1 or 2 am and get back up at 7! no naps for them...
