Bev1986 You are very lucky indeed! Unfortunately, hubby does burn things, and he's not the best at cleaning up after himself! lol! But that's okay as long as he helps once in a while.

Bev1986 Thanks... I do work out. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and work out at home too, so I am exercising as well as eating right.

Bev1986 Well I've only been drinking it for about a week and I think it does help fill me up more than just drinking a bottle of water. And if I drink it with my meal, like lunch or dinner, it really seems to help make me feel fuller faster...

Bev1986 Good ideas! I'm loving the Strawberry Kiwi protein water from Special K. I buy the drink packets and add it to bottled water. It's a lot cheaper than buying the ones already mixed up.

It's for sure that if insurance covers the expense of whatever it is you need compensated, then it's worth it. For example I pay over $100 a week for my meds and get 80% back, which is a real help. However, insurance is costly....
