How did hemp(pot) become illegal

what counrty was first to outlaw? Why did the idea of this product all of a sudden become unilatteraly bad. Why does hemp have the same reputaion as pot?

Bigmac2 yup i do but it only happens for a about a week maybe two out of the year then it rains and its all gone i live on Vancouver island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada in small city called Nanaimo the area is a north american rain forest

on some files it will play the audio and video however sometime in the the middle of a program and for every program after it will only view a green screen, with the audio continuing to run. what is this and how do i get my video...
