We don't open the windows, just the doors if there's a cool breeze. Keep our a/c on energy saver mode... though my hubby loves to have it blasting cold 24/7 if he could. I keep a pitcher of water in the fridge so that's always...

Bizu22 you know that ...actually, cold showers or cold water are not so helping because your body will heat, trying to keep your body temperature constant. it`s just the sensation. but it`s cool :D
