I started baking again. I used whipping cream because it's not sweet but not stiff. I would like to make a frosting which is stiff but not sweet. Any idea?

Bluerose102879 Most cupcakes are sweet so it's unhealthy. I've made a healthy version!

Bluerose102879 @TiarasOceanView Thanks for your wonderful comment! Regarding the ready made frosting, I haven't seen a ready made frosting in the grocery store here.

Bluerose102879 I felt sad to hear that because my first favorite dog died and it was a female dog too! As an 8year old kid, I remember crying for a half day.

Bluerose102879 Yes, because eating liver is not good for people with hypertension but it's good for people who are anemic. All internal organs of an animal have high cholesterol so it's not good if you have hypertension.
