I see a lot of "pets" posts but no horses here? I know you're out there! Does anyone here love/have horses? We have a 3 year old PMU rescue - sweetest guy in the world. Hoping to do low level dressage with him. Anyone else?

CBelair I wish I had the $ I'd come snatch them up! Our beastie has some standardbred in him, and they are the most calm, easy going horses. Good luck with them!

I see a lot of "pets" posts but no horses here? I know you're out there! Does anyone here love/have horses? We have a 3 year old PMU rescue - sweetest guy in the world. Hoping to do low level dressage with him. Anyone else?

CBelair Unreal.... my guy is 3 and I haven't even ridden him. Of course, that's the other end of "unreal." We're so far behind on his training it's not even funny... Hoping to get on him within the next couple of months though.

CBelair Definately an expensive hobby, and with the economy the way it is now, it doesn't help. I've had to toy with the idea of selling him - but I can't bring myself to do it. Hope you get one again someday!

CBelair Awww my fella used to hate his ears touched, he's good about it now and LOVES a good ear scratch. What's a Florida Cracker horse? I've never heard of that before! Glad to see all the horse lovers coming out of their stalls :)

CBelair Glad to hear you have rescues also :) Showing is SO expensive - I used to do it too, but just want a backyard bomb now :)
