How to play and have more fun.

Some adults have a lot of trouble enjoying themselves. If you were asked to give them some advice about how to play and have more fun, what would you say?

Catmadam I'd tell them to pick at least 1/2 day every other weekend and set that time aside to do nothing but have fun. They then had to pick something that had no work of any kind involved, only fun stuff, and go do it.

When did you get yourself in the biggest mess by telling a lie?What do you think would have happened if you had just told the truth?

Catmadam I said I was going to be out of town to avoid going to a meeting and then saw someone else who was on their way to the meeting right before it. I then had to tell another lie about why I hadn't gone out of town. It was just a big ol mess.

Catmadam It really doesn't make that much of a difference to me. It's more what the thing is that I'm going to do, as to whether it appeals to me or not. I'm not afraid of doing something new, but if it's something that doesn't appeal to me, I don't want to do it...

Catmadam I used to suggest that I didn't deserve it, but I've gotten better about it now. I now thank the person for it and smile.
