How to best punish a cat?

I saw a video on You Tube the other day an Engineer's guide to cats. It was freaking hilarious! The dude used something called cor pal cuddling on his cats as punishment. Awesome! How do you disicpline your cats?

I love my mom but she is acting way to young for her age of 60, Short skirts, drinking with the girls it's crazy!
