Teddy supposedly both are at least if I were to read the label and through the google searches succulent mini cacti does bring results of the cacti I saw at the store, so I guess that's what they are

Teddy They are at least called mini cacti. Don't know how much in common they have with the plants we'd regularly refer to as cacti.
