Crash It's possible they didn't have cookies enabled on their browser. Have this person email username myLot stating that you referred them, and we will be glad to manually make this person your referral.

Crash ladyluna, this is a bug. This person is not your friend if you haven't approved it, and it shouldn't be reported in your activity sortie. We're currently working on this and it will be fixed shortly.

Crash Actually, you unapproved friend requests should not be appearing in the activity sortie, only approved friend requests. This is a bug, and we're already at work to get this fixed.
