Cristiana-Maria Pavel I experience depression too when things don't work out the way I want them to. My advice is to try to see the positive side of things. Music can also help.

Cristiana-Maria Pavel I prefer to do exercise indoors, although I miss jogging outside. But I try to make up for that by taking long walks in the evening, when it's no longer stifling, but only warm.

Cristiana-Maria Pavel Thank you! I like this community very much already. I agree with you, but sometimes I find it hard not to wonder how my life could've been had I made certain things differently. I guess I'll probably stop having this tendency once I gain more life experience.
