Emerson Most of the time things are talked out but when you are being barked at through a phone you really don't stand a chance. You can't see facial expressions.

Emerson @akalinus I strongly do not recommend to get that oil from Walmart. That is not organic. You have to go to a specialty store such as Whole Foods.

Emerson @akalinus You can add the ginger to regular tea but it's just not quite the same. You are forcing your body to distinguish between two different effects.

Emerson Get the sesame oil from Fresh Foods or Whole Foods. They will carry it. Ginger tea can be bought in bags or loose.
