Is anyone here on the Keto diet?! What's your experience/opinion about it? I personally find it really hard for me to do because I looooove carbs lol. I've seen amazing results though!!

Datazngirl It's a high fat and low carbs no sugar type of diet. There are only certain types of food you can have.

Do you like to play sports? I used to be in cross country and track when I was in high school. I really enjoy running. I also like to play badminton as well.
