Hi family I'm staying my 2 boys teenagers in the house now there's birds on the ceiling every morning about 9am or do they start making out ,mating and they are so loud now my son's ask me what is happening or what are birds...

I'm unable to sleep it's like I'm seeing the world being turned upside down because of this Covid 19 I can't stand another lockdown session ,it feels like prison not that I'm ungreatefull but it's just too much .
