DeltonaChat32738 I too have had Crohns for 25 years. I am scheduled for a fistula repair this Friday as a matter of fact. I have had 3 major surgeries. First one a few years after diagnosis, a bowel resection and then ok for about 10 years with no meds. Then the last few years...

DeltonaChat32738 I live in Florida and my plants are in the ground! I did however soak the seeds in water for a few days and some of them actually grew shoots. Then of course I put them in egg cartons and kept them wet. Also putting plastic wrap over container of planted seeds...
