Clogged drains

My neighbor's drainage system is always clogged and produces foul smell. I don't understand what must she be doing so that it gets clogged all the time. What do you think? Do you have any experience?

TheRealDawn Could be she is putting things down the drain that she shouldn't, could be tree roots or grease or many things. She probably needs to have a plumber come out and check it out.
