Are there any free online games similar to Runescape?

I'm trying to find a game or games online that are similar to runescape.Preferably I'd like it to be online only so I wouldn't have to download anything and it won't take long to load because I'm still using 56k internet...

Dochappy thanks for the offer but guild wars doesn't work on my system for some reason. Appreciate all the help though :)
