What Will You Do When You Feel Stress?

Hi... For me if i feel stress i will go and wash my cars. Exercise also help me to release tension. Sometimes i will eat some chocolate. It will make me happier after eating it. So what will you do when you feel stress?

DragonArmy Hi..nice to meet you!!when i feel stress,i will try to find things to do so that i won't go think bout the thing i am stress with...sometimes i will also share it with my friends then i will feel much better after sharing with my friends!!happy myloting...
