So, I have a skin condition, I forgot what it is called, but I have a lot of dry skin. :/ Mostly on my chest, face and my joints. What is a good way to reduce dry skin? I am using Aveeno but it doesn't seem to last.

snowy I got a pell grant when I was in college also. I dont think grant money is as easy to come by as it once was but it is still out there. If you need a grant for soeh=mthing I would suggest you apply. You never know what will happen unless your try.

ersmommy1 It has been a while. But yes I did. I obtained a Pell grant when I started college. It was the only one I ever got.
