Honestly, how much can your body change in one month of dieting + exercise?

Thanksgiving is about 4 weeks from today, and I will like to change physically until then. If I start dieting and doing some exercise daily, how much would I be able to change my body?

Eldad Gindush My advice is not to eat bread and sugar, do not eat to satiety. You will see results very quickly. Good Luck!
