I have bought coolers and checked to make sure my fans are running properly but i hate that i have to hold my laptop at an angle so that it doesnt overheat it just makes me angry. do you have any ideas about why my HP G71 might be...

EpixStudios Make sure that it is clean where the air flow vents out! I have a Toshiba that becomes too hot to touch sometimes. I usually stick a fan, just a normal room fan, right in front of it and that will cool it off quickly.
