I think we all like to see our discussions in Top rated or even in hot category as well and actually it helps in getting more responds as it will be active then for more days and we can expect it to fetch few more responds. But...

Erin When I used to be on MyLot I was so busy with everything else I was doing I never looked, to be honest. Just coming back, I have looked just to see if I can find some interesting conversations ETC. I guess a lot of it just depends n how busy you are in a day...

We all like to post discussions and make comments on mylot but i think we should add something more in the discussion and shouldn't just post links or even videos only so that others need to visit that link or video to get more...

Erin If the video adds something to the discussion it would be fine if there was also some content or context to put it into. Just posting links or gibberish adds nothing to the actual discussion.

Erin I was told by my DR. that your body will tell you when you need fluids. I had a lot of problems with retaining water and some of that was over drinking. He said that in the past yes it was suggested 8 glasses a day etc. however everyone's body is different....
