ErnestR I had that same dream since I was 10 years old. first time I got so sick my mom had to confine me in the hospital. Yes I smoke but I had this dream even before i was old enough to smoke. When I was 33, I discovered that those big wooden posts are matchsticks....

ErnestR I agree with you. But sometimes, letting things take its course takes time. More people are being demotivated and demoralized up to the point it is affecting their productivity. That's coroporate politics for us.
