Fgorumgiant forgiveness denotes strengh and gorgetting denotes foolishness,,if some one repeated the mistake for ehich you have forgave him and gorgot the mistake,,this is foolishness..if you forgot the past you are doomed to repeat it again

Fgorumgiant forgiveness means to let go of the bitter and anger twards the person who done the harm for you ,,you can't simply force your memeory to gorget!! but rather we choose to ignore what they have done wrong for us

What to do if can't sleep?

It's already late here but my eyes staring wide on my laptop. Not sleepy yet,. Is there's any vitamins so we can sleep fast? Any suggestion? Any advice will be appreciated....

Fgorumgiant if you heared about this drug (benzzodiazines) it muscle relaxant treatment and can lower yout anxiety if you do have one ,,it is very helpful
