Why my star rating did not improved?

I have a red star with 9 rating, but this is somewhat a year ago and did not improved since. So what will I supposed to do to jump to rating 10?

My husband drives me nuts! I try to keep the house organized, not sparkling clean, just organized and every and any time I ask him to clean up after himself he makes a huge fuss. I've come to the point where I don't clean up after...

Flutterbug My husband does the same thing! It drives me crazy when he leaves his clothes all over the house. He also leaves dishes out in the living room.
