GLove123 That's no fun but sleeping disorders are to an epidemic proportion. There are people that just need to see a doctor to get some help for the disorder and they would do a lot better.

GLove123 As most people know fruit has a well-known vitamin in it that is called Vitamin C which can actually help protect people from getting a cold. As for asthma I have never heard anything about fruit helping or worsening asthma.
