GLove123 As most people know fruit has a well-known vitamin in it that is called Vitamin C which can actually help protect people from getting a cold. As for asthma I have never heard anything about fruit helping or worsening asthma.

Is it good to drink mineral water

I always drink mineral water. Is this good for me or I should change this habit?

GLove123 Mineral water has a blend of minerals that is uncomparable to tap water but when it is all said and done I would much rather not pay for water what-so-ever.
