Yesterday my mother went to her heart doctor and after signing in found out there was a two hour delay. Now my response of course was "You can't call anybody?" I can understand the doctor was probably delayed due to others who...

That is certainly not a proffesional act. Only excusable as an emergency otherwise i'd say what a shame. There is no this kind of nonsence here in my town. Respect is granted from many proffesions. I'm Proud now.
