Anna What a shame to have the birthday the same day of Christmas, you surely miss a cake and a gift. We have our wedding anniversary on the 27th, it makes a longer celebration, as the 26th is a holiday in most European countries.

marguicha I am going to a couple of parties this weekend, but December has 2 holidays. On December 8th we have the feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary. And then on December 25 we celebrate Christmas. In fact, we start celebrating Christmas on Christmas eve.
