Here in India for everyone it's an undeclared off today, bcoz one of the ruling party has called for a full strike ( NOT A SHOP IS OPEN AND NO VEHICLES ON THE ROAD) today, n that too for 24 hours. And this is for the second time...

GlaciersofIce We certainly don't have declared strikes from ruling parties...but we do have union organized strikes in sectors of business and of course holidays...but over here you can find cars on the road somewhere at any moment.
