I don't believe Obama cheated on it.But judging from his behavior,I think there must have been better person suited for the prize.

Godlovesweiqi That make sense.Before the committee reached to the concensus,Obama was still trying to behave nice.Repairing relationship with North Korea and Iran,advocate coorperation with China,etc.After that,we see a u-turn of that.
