I am constantly amazed by man's inhumanity to man.There is money for wars but not for food to feed the poor and helpless.

You have to have some carbohydrates to be healthy but most people eat way too many. Avoid rice, noodles, bread and sweets. Eat more protein, more vegetables. Reduce your sugar intake and exercise a little more if you can. You'll see those pounds come off!

The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet. Diets don't work, pills don't work, and surgeries only work if you follow the strict rules that go along with it.

I can agree to this. There are many other causes of insomnia too. Insomnia is something very bad. If you dont get enough sleep at nighy it disrupts your day
