Ok, so i mentioned in my previous discussion that i was starting to skip meal in between of dinner and working time. I was a band singer and i don't like to eat before i sing and i am also lazy to go to get some food for dinner....

wfhchristiner No, don't go back to skipping meals. Skipping meals is the worst for loosing weight. You gain your weight back faster. When you skip meals, your body in the state of hunger, it is actually preserving the fat. Metabolism shut down. So no skip meals. Eat...
