HerShe Sorry you don't like coconut milk/water; some people just don't. I haven't tasted the Goya drink and from what you say about chunks, I don't think I will be trying it. Sounds gross! Yuk!!

HerShe Wow! Thanks for these recipes. They sound yummy! The woman that was a live-in care giver to my father was from the Phillipines, and she made a dessert out of mung beans but my Dad didn't like it. Aparently in Hong Kong they have a thing called a dessert maker....

It's late and I want to go to bed. I can't until one of two cats comes home. We have no cat door where we are now living. I hate waiting. What do you do to pass 'waiting time'? I post discussions like this one. What do you do?

Almost everytime I use the search box and type in my tag, the page goes blank, and nothing happens. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It's making me crazy!
