Yes, usually in the summers. I get insomnia and I can't sleep. I'll look at the time, and it'll be 5am, so I figure I may as well stay up. At about 8am, the delirium sets in. That's always fun :D

I overhead a woman at my local yoga studio say that she does Yoga with a yoga Podcast on her Ipod - she left before I could ask her where she downloaded them. Anyone here have any suggestions?

I've dealt with insomnia most of my life, and I've tried just about everything except meds. What I found to work best for me, is to listen to a radio show, podcast, or music. This is best done with some sort of ear phones in order to block out all other...
